Our deliverable comes in the form of a single-page fact sheet appropriate to register the business entity should one be required.
New Entity Organization and Registration
Once we determine and agree on the business entity type, we'll assist with its registration at the state level, the Articles of Organization, or based on the entity type, the Operating Agreement.
Tax Entity Set-up and Elections
Based on the entity type, we'll either advise the new business to maintain the default tax entity type or assist to make the appropriate tax election that aligns with the personal goals and motivations of the owner(s). Part of our services include securing a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) for the new business and, assisting in obtaining a 501(c) 3 status for corporations that require Not-for-Profit status
Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement
